How to Delete Your Account, Cancel a Subscription, or Just Turn Off CleanTalk
We get it — sometimes it’s time to move on. No hard feelings.
Here’s how to remove your CleanTalk account or services quickly and without hassle.
Want to delete your account and all data?
If you don’t plan to use CleanTalk anymore, here’s how to permanently delete your account:
Steps:
- Log in to your CleanTalk Dashboard.
- Go to Account Settings.
- Click the Delete the account link and confirm the action.
Important: This is permanent. All your websites, settings, logs, and private lists will be deleted and can’t be restored.
Want to cancel your subscription but keep your account?
If you just don’t want to renew your paid plan:
- Go to your License page.
- Find the license you want to cancel.
- Click the Remove auto renewal option button next to it.
- Confirm cancellation.
You’ll keep full access until your current billing period ends.
Want to disable CleanTalk on your site, but keep your account?
If you only want to stop using CleanTalk temporarily:
- Log in to your CleanTalk Dashboard.
- Open the settings for the site you want to disconnect.
- Click Delete the service or remove the integration manually.
The spam filtering will stop, but your account will remain active. You can reconnect anytime.
